Thanks for the question and photos. The breast and nipple position is slightly low in your case. It depends what your expectations are from surgery. If you are just looking for the breasts to be bigger then an implant is fine but the breasts will still sit low and with time the weight of the implants will make them drop further. An uplift is there to lift the breasts and nipple position.

The breast lift technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.
