I am located in Tampa Florida. I have implants that brought me from a 32b to a 32ddd. I had a lot of excess skin and instead of doing a lift and a smaller implant I took my doctors advice and did the larger implant. I have had them since 2004 and I want to get them removed and my excess skin removed.
Answer: Cost? Costs for breast implant removal will certainly vary depending on your geographic location. Things to factor in for the procedure standpoint will be the facility fee, anesthesia fee, surgeon fee, other fees (e.g., fat grafting, breast lift, capsule removal, surgical garment, implant replacement, etc.). A range in price from $4-8k is reasonable for a standard explanation, more if you desire a lift along with it. A consultation with a plastic surgeon will help you in determining which procedure(s) would be the right one for you. Cost also depends on the complexity of your case, presence of rupture, and how much work would need to be done to achieve an aesthetically-pleasing result for you. Recovery is typically about a week. Best wishes!

Answer: Average Cost and Recovery for Breast Lift Costs will depend on several factors: the geographic location, the skill and experience of the surgeon, and operating room and anesthesia fees. Approximate costs can be found on the Real Self website, Surgery.org, or PlasticSurgery.org.As far as average recovery time; the patient will go home in a bra or with only light dressings over the incision lines. Sutures are dissolvable but an ending knot, if present is removed within 1-2 weeks. Initial discomfort is easily controlled with oral medication. Light activities may be started in 7-10 days.

Answer: How much does breast implant removal with a breast lift cost and what is the average recovery? This may cost $7000 on the low end. For the lift, I typically start with the smallest incision and custom tailor each breast lift to the shortest scar possible. Find a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of breast lifts each year. Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results. Kenneth Hughes, MD Los Angeles, CA

Answer: Explant with Mini Ultimate Breast Lift(TM) Explant with Mini Ultimate Breast LiftTM cost $10,000 and the recovery is usually about 1 to 2 weeks. This is a new technique that does not require the ugly vertical scars of the traditional techniques, maintains nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed. The breast is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Aligning the areola and breast tissue over the bony prominence of the chest wall maximizes anterior projection without the use of implants.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Costs of a mastopexy after an augmentation? If your surgeon is still practicing and you enjoyed your experience, best to check with him/her as most surgeons often provide some discount for return patients. If you were in my office and you had a smooth round implant, I personally would not charge for removal of the implant and wound instead charge for the mastopexy that would take up to 2.5 hours to do. Otherwise check around with your local plastic surgeons and avoid those that want to charge ala carte and for the implant removal as well.
