I need of a breast reduction, I live in NJ, can anyone give me contact info to someone who accepts medicaid?

I have very large breast ( 36ddd) and have always had back pain. I am recently 9 months pregnant and they've gotten bigger. I've explained to my Dr. but he doesn't seemed concerned at all. And now I find I have difficulty breathing. Please any info that could help relieve this pain would be appreciated. Any surgeons that accept medicaid, I would love to meet and make a consultation visit. Thank you !
