(1,200 cc in total) I'm assuming that's a little over 3lbs. I wanted to get as much fat injected as possible since I am aware that only half the adipose cells injected will survive. I currently wear a 32-A bra size, I am extremely flat chested and I don't even believe I have 240cc of my own but I was hoping to be a full b cup to small c cup post op if 300cc survived. I have very stubborn stomach fat (unfortunately) Also, I am 5 feet tall, 130 lbs.

Answer: Dr. Kayser The larger you want to become, the more fat you need to use but, even with BRAVA, this is a limit to how much fat can be transferred to each breast and this also depends on you current size, skin characteristics and if you have had children, etc. Expect that about a third of the fat will absorb which means that for a 600 cc expansion you will need around 900 cc or so and this is simply too much fat to transfer to one breast in most situations. However, if you were ok with a final volume of 250cc or so, you may do very well! And the last thing you want to do is overfill the breasts otherwise even more of the fat will die. Unfortunately, in your case, your breasts have never been expanded and your breast envelope appears very tight so I would not expect you to have more than 300cc of fat even with BRAVA, but you can always have another procedure. And don't forget, you have to be able to get it from somewhere and you appear pretty thin so you may not even have that much to harvest in the first place. Hope this helps and have a wonderful day.
