One breast is much larger. Will it even out or should I begin looking into surgery options to fix the difference? (photos)

Options to correct breast asymmetry include a breast implant on the smaller side more modification of the larger breast with implants on both sides.The difficulty with simply using an implant on the smaller side is that the right breast appears to be lower and slightly more sagging than the left breast. Thus enlarging the left breast will cause that breast to project more and may in fact increase the asymmetry in terms of the sagging. To achieve the best symmetry most likely a small lift of the right breast and implants on both sides could be your best option. Thank you for your question.  I have a few questions for you.  There is a large scar on the one breast.  Did you have a biopsy or an injury?  You did not provide an age, but if you are in your 20's or older it would be unlikely that the asymmetry will get any better.  The simple method for correction would be a breast augmentation with a larger implant on the smaller size breast.  This would correct the size difference, but may not improve the mild asymmetry to the nipple position.  Seek out a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to have a consultation and discuss your options to move forward.
