Thank you for your question.You are very early post op. It can take up to 6 months for you to see your final result. Overtime, you will see the implants 'drop and fluff'. Please see your surgeon if you are still concerned.Regards,

Hello,Although your surgeon appears to have executed your surgery well, he failed at educating you with the concept of anatomic limits. Simply put, going bigger would have very likely gotten you in trouble with a complication that would need re-operation in the future. Calm down, heal, and you will drop and fluff nicely. You look great.

Dear Kahunas,I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process at 6 days  post op.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery.Daniel Barrett, MD

There is a limit as to what can fit behind the natural anatomy of your breasts. The surgeon needs to be able to close the incision. They can't send you home with your fingers in the incision to keep in the implant. Also they can't go up into your neck. They will drop and fluff. Given the limits of your anatomy, I don't think that you could have safely gone any bigger.  The soft tissues will soften and stretch over time, and if you decide to go bigger later, it should be possible.  There is a very real chance that you would have had problems if a larger implant had been selected at this stage.  You should have a very nice outcome once the current implants drop.
