Question

5'2 & 115 lbs. Planning over the muscle silicone with fat grafting, but will I end up w/ strange shape? recent double mastectomy NAC sparing w/ expanders. surgeon indicated Icould increase size, but nothing could be done about shape or NAC position/placement/ Areola size (newly seem huge/spread out). Different PS before DMx said he'd lift NAC appearance by implant placement alone. I'd be fine with periaerola lift if an option. *no chemo or radiation needed

Thank you for your question. Your NAC can be lifted about 1 to 2 cm maximum and the areola can be resized.. Additionally, by performing capsulotomy along the inferior pole, the shape of your breast will be more natural. Good luck.

Hello, thank you for your question. You would need surgery if you would want your breast tissue and NAC lifted to be at the center of the implant. This requires more than just a bigger implant. In fact your implants seem to be in a nice position but it seems that the implant is not the issue you want the breast tissue itself to be higher. Speak to your plastic surgeon and bring in some wish pics to get a better understanding of what your expectations are.
