I'm 35yo, 120lb, 5'5, 2 kids both breastfed. My breast width is 11cm and 11.5cm. I always had small breasts and want natural looking full C cup. I do not want two balls look or high chest/cleavage look but rather natural. I would choose moderate profile but my breasts are narrow (11cm). Do I choose high profile? If so how do I avoid high breast/push up bra look? Is 325/350cc the right size for high profile for a natural look? I would like sub-muscular - silicone IMF. Please help.

Answer: Moderate or high profile - 325/350cc with narrow breast width? Do I choose high profile? How do I have high breast look? (photo) Thank you for your question and photographs. I think you are starting from an excellent position and should anticipate a nice result. Breast implant selection is an exciting, but stressful part of the breast augmentation process as there are so many choices. Unfortunately it is impossible to recommend the best implant style, size or shape without an in-person examination that allows for the measurement of key breast parameters, as well as permits an in-depth discussion as to your desired goals and outcome. I would recommend seeing additional ASPS board certified plastic surgeons to ensure that the implants you decide upon are the right ones to meet your expectations. It sounds as if it may be wise for you to "try on" several of the implants so that you can have a better visual representation as to what they would look like, and also supply inspiration pictures of breasts you find attractive. These are great ways to convey your desires and help select the best implant cc size and profile. Best wishes!

Answer: Breast augmentation, 325/350cc Hello and thank you for your question. You are a great candidate for a breast augmentation. The size, profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality. This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G.
