Thanks for a great question. If outward pointing nipples are a concern for you then I do not think your planned implants are a good choice for you. Here's why. Imagine your chest shape in cross-section - that is, if you'd been sawn through the chest like a magician's assistant. People have various different shapes - yours is rounded. This means the base on which your breasts sit is curved, so your breasts point outwards away from each other. Now think what happens when you add breast implants. Your breasts will be pushed forwards more. As they started off pointing outwards from each other, that means the nipples will become more separated. And that effect will be greater the larger your implants and the higher their profile. And your implants? They're unusually large, and they are one of the highest profiles. How can some people get away with these implants and look great? Because they having a flatter chest surface rather than the rounded one that you have. When the breast bases are on about the same plane, they can project forwards a lot with the nipples not separating much. When they are on very different planes, like yours, the more they project the further apart they become. In my opinion the implants you're lined up for are just not the best choice for you. I would advise you to schedule another appointment to discuss your concerns, and if necessary line up other opinions. Best of luck.
