It is possible to develop a seroma at three weeks, but you would expect the fluid collection to be all the way around the implants rather than in a specific part of the breast as you describe. It would also be very rare for a seroma to occur in both breasts, but is possible. What you describe sounds like you are feeling the edges of the implants themselves. My impression from your photo is the the implants of 375 and 400 were probably about the same diameter as your breasts (or possibly wider) and this therefore makes it more likely to feel the edge of the implants. You should go back to your plastic surgeon to be examined. Good luck.

Implants do not easily ripples, but there is a possibility. The best course of action would be to schedule an appointment with your surgeon and have the area examined. It is very difficult to give an accurate assessment based on photos alone. The description do suggest that it is probably the edge of the implants that you are feeling. Your concerns will be best addressed by your surgeon who knows your condition best.
