I have a heart murmur and a hole in my heart, neither cause me any trouble and I don’t have to go to any appointments for either so will I be ok to have a boob job or will medical from doctors come back as no?

Hello and thank you for your question.  The
best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  As long as you are able to obtain clearance from your cardiologist, then you should be able to safely proceed forward with surgery.  This decision should
be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you
and your surgeon.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

Usually, cases like this requires a medical clearance from your cardiologist before any aesthetic surgical option may be discussed. The best way to determine whether you are fit for surgery is to have an open communication with your chosen board certified plastic surgeon and he/she will guide you through the process.
