My coccyx or sacrum (not sure) protrudes out from scoliosis. It's exaggerated by the fact that I have a pretty flat butt. Whenever I sit it hits the ground (or my poor husbands leg). Same for laying down. My hope is that a Brazilian butt lift would add enough cushion that it would keep my bone from grinding into the floor and possibly causing further injury. I already am dealing with skin issues because of the friction.

From your description, it sounds like it would work fine if the surgeons can coordinate their schedules and are willing to do this. Personally, just so you know, I am not a fan of the bbl; just a waste of time and money.
