Can a Brazilian butt lift protect coccyx from hitting ground? (photo)

My coccyx or sacrum (not sure) protrudes out from scoliosis. It's exaggerated by the fact that I have a pretty flat butt. Whenever I sit it hits the ground (or my poor husbands leg). Same for laying down. My hope is that a Brazilian butt lift would add enough cushion that it would keep my bone from grinding into the floor and possibly causing further injury. I already am dealing with skin issues because of the friction.
