I had the procedure over ago around my lower belly, didn't have much fat to begin with. Now have a bunch of fibrosis/cysts . Feels like squishy balls & some harder areas. I'm getting many different opinions on how to deal with it. I've been told shockwave is best - in combination with radio frequency. I've also been told by someone else that shockwave + rf won't be enough and that I also need ultrasound cavitation.I.'ve also heard of LPG. I'm so confused
