My right ear has a prominent Darwin's Tubercle that is visible from the front (not so much from the side). It makes that ear look big in comparison to my left ear. Is there a way my right ear can be corrected to look similar/identical to my left ear?

There are a variety of things that could be done to your earlobes to make them look better. I suggest if they bother you a lot that you discuss your options with the surgeon.

There is data that shows a higher chance of relapse with dissolvable sutures. Some surgeons use dissolvable sutures to avoid the small chance of the permanent sutures spitting through the skin. I use mostly permanent sutures in my practice to reduce the chance of the ears popping back out with time.
