My upper arm to my elbow, it has been sore although I’ve done nothing to it. And now I’m feeling tingles through the arm to my hand and fingers. It’s gotten EXTREMELY painful and idk what to do or what caused it. Is this the nerve pain that I was told to expect? What can I do about it?
