How soon can I get implants after a reduction? I had a reduction 1 week ago and regret it already.

At this point I would recommend you discuss this with your surgeon, but the standard would be to wait about 4-6 months to allow everything to heal and settle.  This will also allow you some time to adjust to your new breasts. It is always a shock when you are going with such a big change, but with time you can better assess things and see if you really want to go back up in size.Hope that helps.

to try to undo things.  I'm sorry you find yourself in this predicament and that you were not bold enough to stop the process before getting to the OR.  Now that it is done, focus on healing and discussing your concerns with your surgeon and see what your final cup size will be  Its possible you may adjust and actually like your results.  And if not, implants or fat grafting could always be done to help improve your volume but waiting up to 6 months is the norm before going back.

I am sorry that you were disappointed.  From the medical standpoint, you can possibly have another surgery after the incisions have healed and the scars matured. However, you should give yourself time for adjustment and to have a thorough discussion with you surgeon first. Good luck.
