This little red spot is concerning me. (The small red dots at the end of my incision are just from me scratching.)

Based on the photo, there seem to be no signs of infection or necrosis. This is possibly just a hematoma. Have your surgeon examine the area on your next visit or schedule an appointment if the pain increases.
