Do you need to lose weight to have a drainless tummy tuck if you are also getting lipo? If so, how much?

You absolutely will improve your aesthetic results and decrease complications the closer you get to your ideal body weight before TT, drain or no drain.  You are also a better drainless candidate the closer you get to your ideal body weight.  Looking 'Pregnant at the top of your stomach' concerns me.  Discuss with your plastic surgeon as to what this is.  It could be deep visceral fat, loose muscle or superficial fat.  Know the plan ahead of time so you are not disappointed.  

In general , Drainless Tummy Tuck does not work well unless you are at an ideal body weight.  Also, liposuction will increase the fluid production and make it less likely that a drainless Tummy Tuck would be successful.  Best to be closer to your ideal weight.  Best wishes.
