How/what do I need to do in order to remove brown burnt scars on my lips due to exfoliating too hard with a toothbrush? (Photo)

I exfoliated my lips too hard with a toothbrush+black soap and it formed brown dark burnt spots on my lips. Please i really want this to go away.
