Non-surgical techniques like Coolsculpting are good for removing stubborn areas of fat and some people need more than one treatment to get desired results. For best results, a combination approach is needed. I recommend adding radiofrequency treatments like Vanquish for skin tightening and with Z wave/Cellutone for skin smoothing. I have worked with a lot of different devices for non-invasive fat removal. Coolsculpting is by far the most effective. LED lights are the least effective.
The best way to treat PAH is with either Vaser or Tickle Lipo. It can also be treated non-invasively with Sculpsure but you will need multiple treatments. I had developed PAH after coolsculpting myself and was able to treat it with Sculpsure.
