Small breasts or tubular breasts? (Photo)

Question

I’ve been self conscious about my breasts since I got them. Can someone tell me if they’re just small or if there’s some sort of deformity with them maybe tubular breasts? I’ m a size 32-34 A depending on the bras. is there a treatment for the shape that doesn’t involve putting plastic in my body?

Based on the provided picture it is difficult to tell, although if there is an element of tuberous breast deformity it is very slight. This issue arises from fibrous tissue in the lower pole restricting breast growth. Many women who seek breast augmentation have an element of lower pole constriction without true tuberous breast deformity. Still, your surgeon may need to perform some similar maneuvers, such as lower pole radial scoring or other forms of fibrous tissue release, to get you the shape and size of breast you desire.

Your breasts are small and widely spaced. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time or later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

You do not have tubular, shaped like tubers, breasts, but they are somewhat small, but a nice size.  You may not have enough fat for fat grafting, but implants would do nicely.
