What can I do for bottoming out of small implants? (Photos)

I am healthy fit female, who had 225 implants under muscle, over small cup put in late last year. MNo complications, till recently started to bottom out especially in left breast. Unfortunately did surgery in Thailand as didn’t expect problems. Surgeon recommends push up bras daily. Was already already wearing bralette to bed each night. Will it get worse? What can I do? Do I have to wear a push up all the time? For ever? Or will the scar tissue hold steady? I’m really disappointed, as I never used to wear an underwire and find so uncomfortable and restrictive. Mainly I did this surgery to restore my breast size that seemed to do opposite of everyone else in menopause and shrink from B to A.
