Can Botox lift the outside corners of my eyebrows?

Question

My eyebrows slope downward towards the outside corners, making me look a little sad. Can Botox treatments lift just the outside corner of my eyebrows? I don't want the arch lifted (which I usually see), just the corners.

lift up the corner of the eyebrow, giving a desired look of a brow lift. This
is achieved by injecting the lateral (outer) tail of the brow, known as the orbicularis
oculi muscle. This muscle naturally pulls the eyebrow down. This result

It is definitely possible to slope or elevate the outside corners of your eyebrows with botox. This is typically done by placing a small amount along the infra brow or region just below the outside corners of the eyebrows and placing botox in the central part of your forehead--not toward the sides. This should result in some elevation of your eyebrows. I would seek a facial plastic surgeon or other botox expert in your area.

question. There are several options for lifting the corner of the eyebrow. The
first place to start is with a little Botox. This can be placed in the corner
of the eyebrow and the crows feet. This often works and you will know in a few
days. If the doesn’t work or doesn’t work enough then you can place some filler
under the corner of the eyebrow. Finally if none of these lift your brow
enough, of your brow is really so low, then you could consider surgery.

Botox and all the other neurotoxins will absolutely lift the outside of your eyebrows if injected below your eyebrows.  Botox works by decreasing the muscle tone of the eyebrow depresser (the orbicularis oculi) allowing the eyebrow elevator (the frontalis muscles) to work unopposed.

Photos would have been extremely helpful. In their absence, what I can say is that microdroplets of Botox (or Dysport or Xeomin) placed appropriate at the corners of the eyebrows can help to elevate them. Alternatively or concomitantly, the appropriate placement of a small amount of injectable volumizing filler, such as Juvederm Ultra Plus XC can elevate the tail of the brow and when combined with the use of Botox, the results typically may last longer than when either the filler or the neuromodulator are used alone.
