Botox, Facelift, Lipo or Something Else?

Question

I am 21 and have had acne but that's cleared now. What bothers me about my face is that I have a lot of volume next to my chin and it looks weird because I am underweight. I the fold is more prominent on one side than the other (naso labial fold is also more prominent on the same) I know doctors do not want to do a facelift on a 21 and I don't want fillers because my mom had that on the same area and it caused permanent bump (more than a year has passed since she had it done) its not bichat pad

Botox will not help in any predictable way.  Facelift is not appropriate and not a good tradeoff for scars created in your case.  One of the HA fillers can be added to fill the area, and it can removed if you do not like it.  Reversibility in a young patient is a critical component.

Hi RozeRoze. I do not have a full face picture but my guess is that you have weak cheekbones and facial structure that is not supporting the lower face. You are very young for any work really and consider that your face is going to continue to change a lot over the next 5 to 10 years anyway. Your mother had a rare and unfortunate event that does not typically happen. The newer volumizers and fillers are safe in expert hands meaning done by an experienced plastic surgeon, facial plastic surgeon or dermatologist but not by other "medical professionals" whose variable training and inexperience can cause problems. It would be helpful to see a full face picture. You can block the eyes out.

I agree with others in that a facelift at 21 time won't be beneficial. This is more a volume problem as can be corrected with fillers. Juvederm or alike are a best first choice as they will go away if you don't like the result. If you like it then PRP-fat injections would be my preference. Good luck

Without a photo it is very difficult to assess the issue. That being said, you should be cautious about reducing facial volume as too much reduction can often give an "aged" look and not improve things. See your local PS.

definetelly it  will  improve the defect with organic lasting and healthy fillers  like your own fat and plastma,this  is  much better  than another kind of  fillers of animal origin
