I've considered getting fillers, but I was told I really didn't need them by an injector. I'm thin and I've noticed facial volume loss. In photos there is some discolored/shadow area on the right side of my mouth. Usually with flash only it looks weird. is it volume loss? I also have very thin lips and don’t have much of an upper lip. If I get lip filler I don’t want to look fake because I have a small face.

I would dissolve slowly over time to allow your skin to retract in between treatment and for your to get used to the look. Skin takes up to 6-8 weeks to start shrinking. After 7 years and multiple syringes, you might benefit from increment dissolving. Hope this helps.
