I had chin lipo about 8 months ago and noticed I have these bumps under my chin. I’m not sure if I had them before or if it’s from the surgery. They appear to be causing another layer below my chin which makes a double chin still which makes my results of the surgery appear to have not worked. So can any one tell me what they are?
