The height of the nipples would need to be measured to see if they are at the right height. If the lower portion of the breast is tightened the breasts will look better

Hi, thank you for sharing your question. Both of your requests are possible but an in-person evaluation would be ideal to determine this. This would be helpful to see how much skin laxity you have and what can be achieved with surgery.

Lowering the nipple-areola complex is very difficult. However, reducing areola diameter and removing extra breast skin at the level of the infra mammary fold can help.
Revising and lowering your abdominoplasty scar is far relatively straight forward and can be reliably done. However, it may be necessary to lower your belly button as well.

Judging by your photos, you could have some improvement in the areola size as well as lowering the areolas. As far as your tummy tuck scar goes that one is somewhat hard to tell by the photos we would need to assess your skin elasticity and see if it’s possible to lower the scar. If there is some stretch and some room for your skin on your abdomen to give then yes definitely the scar can be lowered some.

Thank you for your question and posting appropriate pictures. You are a good candidate for breast lift revision possibly with internal mesh to lower your areola and make them smaller. At the same time your tummy tuck scar can be lowered. best to of course have a virtual consultation to discuss pros and cons.

Hello there! Sorry to hear that, it is probably very annoying that your nipples are coming out of your bras. Yes it is possible to lower your nipples position (theres different technique but re excising the skin at the junction of your breast and abdomen will help) and also to revision your tummy tuck scar if you think it is too wide.

after breast lifting or reduction surgery nipples might be localized in upper position then usual and ladies could not hide them with any kind of bra which is really annoying problem sometimes. this deformity is called stargazing deformity. first reason is extreme overcorrection of sagging and/or too much tissue on the lower pole. changing position to upward is always possible and easier but its not to make lower the overcorrected nipples in fact. but we are not still insoluble for this problem. it can be camouflaged with fulling the upper pole, make the distance between nipple and inframammarian fold and move the fold in upper position if needed. areola size can be reduced during this surgery also. with that way breasts may become little bit smaller but the image and shape can be much better, the nipples will be covered by bra also.
if the tt scar is too high, and if the skin between the belly button and pubis have enough elasticity, tt scar can be lowered with a relatively simple procedure. and these two surgeries could be done together. hope the answer should be beneficial for you. regards
