Nipples too high after breast lift. Is it possible to lower the nipples and reduce the size of the areolas? (Photo)

Katieplynn
Looking to have a breast lift revision after my breast lift 6 years ago. My nipples are too high and pop out of every bra, and my areolas stretched. Is it possible to lower the nipples and reduce the size of the areolas? Also unhappy with my tummy tuck scar. Is it possible to lower this scar an inch or two
