I have a mole on my eyelid, right where my eyelashes grow (similar to photo attached). What procedure would be suitable for removing this? My main concern is making sure my eyelashes grow back. I've been told that a 'shave' procedure could remove it. Would this procedure result in permanent eyelash loss?
