I had a lower bleph a few years ago, and while I was glad it got rid of my eyebags, I was very disappointed with the change in my smile, as it was one of my best facial features. My eyebags were repositioned lower over my orbital rim, and I had some excess skin removed. When I smile now, a shadow makes it look like my lower eyes are melting downward rather than have a slight raised puff for the lower eyelid, which I had before. Can the fat be detached so it raises into my lower eyelid again?
