Hooded Hunter Eyes with filler?

Question

Is it possible to make the protruding eyelid crease (marked on the photo) disappear with filler so that it has a "hooded eyes" effect? The goal is that it looks naturally and that the eyelids marked on the photo are no longer visible. Basically, my desired result is like pulling the skin above my eyelid over my eyelid. Because I have tested this and it makes my eyes look much more harmonious and I get a good very neutral canthal tilt.

Thank you for your question. Based on your photos you have a very typical, symmetric appearance. The wish photos have a different facial structure. I agree with the other physician that filler would not be recommended in this area as the risk of uneven appearance, not achieving your goal result given the limitations of filler, and the possibility of aging you or obstructing your vision is too high.

Do you really want this result? It is considered an aged appearance... as in most of plastic surgery of the eyes involves relieving this hooding. The extra skin can make you look angry, tired, and/or even impact your vision. I don't know if most people you consult with would be willing to do anything for you. However, if it is something you truly want, you could get that by either lowering the brows (botox your frontalis/forehead muscle heavily) or adding fat/volume to the brow fat pad.
