Hi, I'm never had fillers or any other procedures. I'm 57 years old, not looking to erase the signs of aging, but I am wanting to understand how I can address the deep troughs I have. When I tagged along 6 years ago with a friend who was getting fillers, I inquired about a filler for my tear troughs and the individual indicated that one side would require a great deal of filler and that it my not work well. What's a better solution? I assume surgical but not sure what it's called.
