Its a little hard to tell with the angle of that photo but you could be a candidate for a blepharoplasty. This procedure removes excess skin from your top eyelid, which would reduce the drooping appearance and opening up your eyes more. Another option may be a brow lift. Raising your brow would also have a raising effect on your upper eyelids, making your eyes appear wider as well. Our office provides in-person or virtual consultations if you would like to discus options further.
Hello and thank you for your question. Unfortunately, given the angle of your submitted photo and it not including both eyes it is difficult to ascertain whether you could potentially benefit from an upper blepharoplasty to have a more "open" appearance to your eyes. Upper blepharoplasty can remove excess upper eyelid skin giving the eyes a more awake and open appearance. Best of luck to you.
This is very hard to determine with this one photo of one eye in one angle in one expression.... It looks to me like you are squinting in it. I'm not sure if that is natural or if that is effortful; if it effortful, simply starting botox injections can help with that. Your brows also seem slightly lowered but again it is hard to tell from this one view. There's lots of options to "open up the eyes" but we would need a lot more information.
Thank you for your question. Based on your photos you have a very typical, symmetric appearance. The wish photos have a different facial structure. I agree with the other physician that filler would not be recommended in this area as the risk of uneven appearance, not achieving your goal result...
I would try Botox first and may need to add filler later if not improved. picture without smiling would be helpful.
You do not have festoons. AN examination is required to diagnose your condition however from the single photo it appears that you have aging in the mid face. This is a combination of laxity of the structures and loss of volume. Treatments consist of fillers, fat graftng or surgery.
