Yes - buccal fat removal, cheek implants, and possibly masseter botox (based on some of these photos) should help you feel much more confident.
I don't believe that you are a good candidate for buccal fat pad reduction. The fullness of your lower face is due to the angle of your jaws and massater muscle. I would recommend facial re-shaping with a reduction of the angles of the mandible and submalar cheek implants to add fullness to the area beneath your eyes. This area is very flat and lacks projection.
Yola re good candidate for buccal removal plus neck and face lift with permanent treads. Buccal fat removal will give a good contour on lower cheeks; lifting the neck will deepen the chin angle
Based on your photos I do think you would benefit from a conservative buccal fat pad removal procedure. This would improve the aesthetic appearance of your cheeks and likely make you feel like your lower face is lighter/more contoured. Find a qualified surgeon in your area and do a consult first!
Unfortunately, buccal fat removal cannot be reversed as there is no way to reinsert or regrow the buccal fat pad. If you're unhappy with your results, best option would either be fat transfer or dermal filler procedure to restore lost cheek volume.
