Yes - buccal fat removal, cheek implants, and possibly masseter botox (based on some of these photos) should help you feel much more confident.

I don't believe that you are a good candidate for buccal fat pad reduction. The fullness of your lower face is due to the angle of your jaws and massater muscle. I would recommend facial re-shaping with a reduction of the angles of the mandible and submalar cheek implants to add fullness to the area beneath your eyes. This area is very flat and lacks projection.
