Blood pressure after Septoplasty/Rhinoplasty - how long to wait between procedures?

I need to do some functional septoplasty to which I expect to add some cosmetic rhino (hump reduction, raising tip). I also want to do a hair transplant (FUE) around the same time. The FUE procedure would involve lying face down for hours, which would drastically increase blood pressure on nose. How long should I wait in between procedures? Is 4 weeks enough time after the rhino to do the FUE? Is the risk just some discomfort or disfigurement?
