Will AccuTite make an improvement on puffiness/swelling under eye area? (Photo)

I’ve had a puffy right under eye for the last four years. For reference, I had Belotero in my right cheek in 2019. A year afterwards I had a right under eye “malar bag” or rather permanent puffiness/swelling. I’ve had sylfirm/Morpheus done x5 times, laser and hylaurandise x5. I was recommended AccuTite most recently. Will this actually improve my situation? Is it worth the investment? Thank you!
