You have to give yourself some more healing time. Your nose and surrounding areas are going to be swollen for a while and you should be consulting the surgeon that performed the procedure but give yourself some time before going back in so some of it can subside. It can take up to a year for final results.Sincerely,Philip J. Miller, MD, FACS Double Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon
Some tips may drop more than others. It really depends upon the work that was done and the swelling. The answer is, it is hard to predict.
The nose continues to change for at least the first year after surgery. This is due to swelling and scarring. The tip is usually the last location that swelling disappears, so it can look full or droopy until the edema (swelling) resolves. The internal scarring is what continues to change the shape of the nose for many years going forward. Internal scarring contracts and can pull the nose and change its shape. Stable surgical techniques that preserve the normal anatomy or give it support, will resist scar contracture better, and the result will remain more consistant over time. Ultimately how much it droops when the tape comes off depends on what was done to the tip and how was it supported internally.
Your surgeon is your best resource to answer your questions during your follow up visits. In general, it is unlikely your tip will drop at this point.

Typically the septum does not actually move with respiration, at least not visibly. Do you recall whether your surgeon removed any of your septum during your surgery? It is possible you could have less cartilage than you did before surgery, which might let the mucosal lining of the septum move a...
It is very likely that your nose will continue to flatten out as the swelling goes out from the surgery. Implants can create additional swelling that can last several months so at this time I would remain patient and follow up with your surgeon.
