How long should I wait between 2 major surgeries? VSG and rhinoplasty.

Thank you for your question. Although VSG may seem like a simple surgery, it does take some time to recover properly. Although four to six weeks is the minimum amount of time you should wait before having another surgery, I recommend waiting a bit longer to ensure complete and proper healing. My best advice would be to talk to your VSG surgeon, as well as your specialist plastic surgeon. best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  Six weeks should be adequate time in between these two procedures.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

The VSG is a big operation and the recovery takes priority. You need to give yourself a few months to heal first.
