Should my septum move on the inside of my nostrils when I breath out?

Keen4
I had rhinoplasty 2 months ago and I’m noticing just today that upon examining the inside of my nostrils, my septum moves to the right when I breathe out. Should I be concerned about a revision? Could this be a result of having been sick with colds twice during my recovery?
