It is very likely that your nose will continue to flatten out as the swelling goes out from the surgery. Implants can create additional swelling that can last several months so at this time I would remain patient and follow up with your surgeon.

At two weeks you are far to early to assess your final result.  The swelling along the nasal bridge will settle over months.  Based on your images your nasal dorsal height seems reasonable.  Speak to your surgeon and ask the size of the implant used.
