I’ve gotten hip implants and unfortunately they are very hard and unnatural feeling and the implants also leave an outline. I can visibly see the implant on my left side. Is it possible to inject Sculptra around the area to add more “fat” there to conceal the implant outline more? Also, is it possible to place the Sculptra above the hip implant (hip implant was placed in the fascia) to add more cushion to make my hips feel softer and less hard and unnatural?

Thank you for your question. I prefer to inject Sculptra with a cannula unless trying to create a cross hatch pattern in which a needle is a better option. The injection technique used is going to be at the preference of the injector and the circumstances. Both techniques are acceptable...
Its really hard to see a difference between those photos, completely different angles and ligthing. morpheus every 1-2 months, RF facials twice a month and buccal fat pad reduction with facetite can all help. Best, Dr. Emer.
Hello and thanks for your question. To get the results you want we would use non surgical devices in combination. We get great results with a combination soft energy based devices, topical products and the new EMsculpt for lifting and toning, Best wishes
