You may want to consider Renuva. This product is different than traditional HA fillers. You will see improvement right away, like with fillers, however the product is gradually replaced by your own body fat for longer lasting results. A combination approach will give the most improvement. Hands can be improved with fillers very easily, and I love combining this with fraxel laser to tighten and improve texture. Thank you for your question and submitting your photos.  There are two main goals for hand rejuvenation - improve the texture and quality of skin and secondly to replace lost volume.  Sometimes these are separate and sometimes both goals need to be addressed.  I generally start with a series of fractionated carbon dioxide laser treatments to improve the texture, skin tone, and quality of skin.  If additional volume is required after the laser series, then I find it reasonable to talk about using filler to address the volume loss.  The video shows how quick and easy the laser treatments using the Swift Hand Scanner can be.  Best wishes on obtaining a great result!
