How to get rid of dark scar on lip? (Photo)

Ive have a cold sore and it left a black scar on my lip and it even left marks on my skin below my lips.It was my first cold sore so at first I didnt know what it was so i picked at it a few times thinking it was jst a pimple that would go away. Ive tried so many different things and nothing is working. Ive tried different home remedies (Acv & sugar scrub, lemon, lemon and baking soda scrub, tea trea oil, cocoa butter etc.) How can I lighten the scar ? I want my normal lip color back :(
