My injury is upper lip traumatic cleft with disruption of vermillion border and philtrum. Did the v. border regenarate itself?
Hi, I was one of the victims of 14 October 2017, a massive blast caused by a truck bombing in Mogadishu, So. my injury was upper lib traumatic cleft. After sugical repairing, unfortunately, it healed with scar and huge distruption of vermillion border and philtrum, my plastic surgeon prescribed to me "Dermatix silicon gel, an anti-scar gel" and he said"we have to wait untill the granulation tissue become mature. So, dear drs do you have any recommendation about my case?
