If my cheeks were slightly over fillers with vollure.. is it possible to remove a little bit? I think the filler added was a little much but also don’t want to go back to having the bag caused by fat loss in my cheek. I would be much happier with a tiny bit less. Are their repercussions of difficulties with using the enzyme in my face? Will it make my sagging worse or remove my natural collagen and fat?

It is absolutely possible to remove some filler and not all of it! It may take several tries to get just enough material dissolved. But, doing it slowly and conservatively is the best way to remove hyaluronic acid fillers.

Thank you for your question.  it is definitely possible to use small amounts of Hylenex (Hyaluronidase) to dissolve the Vollure.  Most doctors do a great job of charting and know exactly where the products were placed and can target the problem areas easily with hylenex.  If done correctly, you should not get your bags back.  It also doesn't break down your own collagen.
