Can I get liposuction to my upper eyelid and brow fat pad? (photos)

Question

I've always had very heavy fatty hooded eyes that have been a big insecurity for me. I've gotten two blepharoplasty procedures and a coronal brow lift and I still have a crazy amount of excess fat and heaviness. I noticed after each blepharoplasty the fat in my upper eyelid was untouched and I want to address this area of fat as well as the excess fat in my brow fat pad under my eyebrow. At this point I am so desperate. Is it possible to get liposuction done on the area circled in my pictures?

Based on your photos the correct procedure to address your concerns is an upper blepharoplasty.  I'm not sure why it wasn't addressed if you've had this procedure previously.  An upper blepharoplasty can often be performed under local anesthesia in the surgeon's procedure room.

There in no possibility for liposuction in eyelid. Your upper eyelid has a fat pad prolapse. Basically you need a blepharoplasty and fat pad removal or transposition.

No, no, no, no, no, no!!! Liposuction is never done in the eye area for it is very unsafe and could cause blindness.  Also, you have more than just fat in that area and some things cannot be removed.
