Liposuction and Diastasis Recti for loose skin?

Many patients present who desire liposuction and have some abdominal wall separation who do NOT want surgery. Fortunately, we have an excellent option for these patients. We can perform tumescent liposuction without or with radiofrequency (BodyTite) to remove fat and tighten the skin. Following this we can use Emsculpt Neo. Liposuction only removes excess fat and does not remove excess skin or tighten muscle. Do the liposuction first and see how you like things. If you are still unhappy, then get the tummy tuck.

Your abdominal wall protrudes anteriorly and liposuction will not be effective in correcting this. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.
