From your photo liposuction alone is not a good choice. A tummy tuck with liposuction for contouring would correct the abdominal wall laxity as well as remove excess fat and skin. The result would be a tighter, flatter tummy. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation.

Liposuction only removes excess fat and does not remove excess skin or tighten muscle. Do the liposuction first and see how you like things. If you are still unhappy, then get the tummy tuck.

At the present time, you are not a candidate for either liposuction or a tummy tuck. The contour of your abdomen is not from external fat which would be addressed by liposuction. It is from internal fat around the gut and in the omentum. The only way to lose this fat is with weight loss. After losing the weight, then you can evaluate whether you need just liposuction for the external fat or web you have excess skin and will need an abdominoplasty instead.
