You can calculate your BMI using an online BMI calculator. That said, my BMI max limit for a mommy makeover is 33. The best results are achieved in people who maintain their weight. Surgical results will worsen with large weight loss. It is important when you do have a surgical procedure performed that you maintain your weight. It is always best to lose weight prior to any surgical procedure. If weight is lost after the surgical procedure, you will lose volume and the skin will start sagging.
