As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. In terms of non-surgical treatment options, I would recommend a Chemical Brow Lift (using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau) and filler injections to rejuvenate the temples, eyebrow, eyelid, eye troughs, upper eye hollows, and forehead. I typically combine this with Ultherapy and thread lifting to lift the brow; RF and skin tightening laser treatments to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the skin; and laser or superficial RF devices for improvements in texture, color, and any crepey skin around the eyes as needed. In some cases, surgery is the best solution to achieve the desired results. See an expert for a formal consultation. Best, Dr. Emer.
Thank you for your question. An endoscopic brow lift can even your eyebrows and create a more youthful and rejuvenated appearance. Please consider consulting with a board certified facial plastic surgeon to review your options and candidacy. Best wishes,
Eyebrow asymmetry is a very common issue. Botox, Dysport, or Xeomin can be used to achieve better symmetry non-surgically. The injections are a small, in office procedure, with no downtime. These neuromodulators are a temporary fix, but should last around three months. A more permanent solution would be a browlift, but in many cases, even a brow lift will not correct brow asymmetry totally. Make sure you see an expert to discuss your surgical and non-surgical options in detail. All the best,
Surgical and endoscopic procedures are of course two invasive ways for raising brows. However, a couple of nonsurgical methods may be worth trying before considering going that route. One would be the use of a neuromodulator, such as Botox, Dysport or Xeomin. A couple of droplets placed appropriately in the tail region of your eyebrow may prove helpful in this regard. If this does not prove sufficient, the additional use of a filler beneath and above the right lateral brow and perhaps within the right temple region can additionally add lift, as can the appropriate placement of one or two small boluses of filler at the junction of the hairline above the depressed areas. All of the above are advanced injection techniques that should not be left to the hands of novice or medspa injectors accustomed to injecting simple Restylane or plain Juvederm into ordinary smile lines. You would do well to seek consultation and treatment by a board certified aesthetic physician and make sure to ask to see his/her personal before and after photos before agreeing to proceed. Best of luck to you.
This is the kind of thing we treat often. One way to adjust is with botulinum injections. That should help. Alternatively, there are a number of browlift treatments that can be quite good. These can include endoscopic or more powerful open procedures, each with minimal downtime. Watch our videos to learn more.
Hello bidA Brow Lift (also known as a Forehead Lift or an Upper Face Lift) is a surgical procedure designed to lift the brow and eliminate wrinkles on the forehead. People with droopy or sagging brows can have a sad, angry, or tired appearance; a brow lift can make that person look more happy and energetic.
A quick fix for you would be to have Botox injections. When done by a qualified board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist with experience and expertise with neuromodulators, you would have an excellent result. You also need someone with knowledge of facial anatomy and they will be able to correct this asymmetry with a noninvasive procedure. When you are older and ready for facial rejuvenation surgery, this may be able to be corrected if you seek out a board certified plastic surgeon with browlift and blepharoplasty expertise.
You have two choices to improve your brow asymmetry. One is to lower your left eyebrow using Botox in the forehead on the left side to relax the frontalis muscle lowering the left eyebrow. This is an easy, in office injection which can last up to 6 months. The second option is to raise the right eyebrow to better match the higher left eyebrow. This could be done with a unilateral, endoscopic brow lift (more permanent result) or an instalift (more subtle and temporary).
Botox is a good choice to improve brow symmetry by raising the right eyebrow after treating deep brow depressor muscle. This results typically in a 1-2 mm elevation of the lateral aspect of the brow and is sometimes referred to as a Botox brow lift. If this treatment does not adequately improve the symmetry, brow lifting is an option. Be sure to discuss her case with the specialist and good luck.
The photographs demonstrate low and asymmetric eyebrows. A brow lift procedure can accomplish improvement of the symmetry and raising both eyebrows to be more symmetrical. For many examples of brow lifts, please see the link and the video below

It is possible, to a certain degree, to elongate (widen) forehead with coronal lift. Scar is placed in the hair-bearing scalp and barely visible. Sometimes, short intra-operative skin expansion may be used. Augmentation of "skinny" areas with fat graft or implants may be additional option...
