I am planning on getting my nose done. I have small (ish) lips and my chin isn't bad but not as great as I want it to be. I eventually want slight fillers in my lips/jawline but it wouldn't be for a few years. For my nose, my biggest problem is the length and width at the bottom, but I'm nervous that because of my lips/ chin I may not be able to achieve as much of a difference as I want to, and/or that when I get fillers down the road my nose will not be as proportionate than if I had waited.

Answer: Role of lip/chin in rhinoplasty planning Hello. Thanks for your question. The relationship of the nose, lips, and chin is indeed important in planning a rhinoplasty and in working to create a harmonious facial appearance. in many cases, it may be advisable to perform rhinoplasty and genioplasty (chin reshaping) simultaneously. It would be very helpful to view your facial photographs to better answer your question. You still can get a good result from rhinoplasty without lip/chin modification, but the overall outcome may be enhanced by combining them. Finally, your lip position is affected by the position of the jaws; it would be important to know whether you have a dentoskeletal issue that might benefit from treatment as well. As you can see, there are many issues to consider, and a well-trained surgeon with expertise in rhinoplasty and craniofacial surgery would best be able to advise you. All the best.

Answer: rhinoplasty candidate When performing a rhinoplasty procedure, all the components of the nose must be balanced with themselves, and the entire new nose must balance with patient's facial features. The nose is a three-dimensional structure, and rhinoplasty is performed in all three dimensions. Choose your surgeon wisely based upon extensive experience
