I am 26 and have plenty that I want to work on but the biggest problem for me is my “falling face”. I need to correct to lack of structure and the accompanying unattractive shadows and depressed appearance as well as downward turning outer eye corners plaguing my face. I do not imagine a fat graft will fix this because there is so little structure to graft onto. I am convinced that orbital rim implants are the best corrective action but please share your opinion. I am desperate to fix this.
